Zlatan Ibrahimovic has taken a step towards eradicating world hunger with the announcement that, following each game of football, he will be washing the names of 50 starving people from his body.
‘By washing the names from my body, I wash away their hunger and provide them with safe clean drinking water and sustainable sanitation. It’s truly remarkable’.
Ibrahimovic said that the decision was taken when he first showered following a temporary tattoo he had acquired from Cosmo. It was at that point that he realised the image had gone, and that the tattoo sticker peal he thought was permanent was no such thing.
Ibrahimovic is thought to have partnered with the United Nations’ World Food Program – pioneers of charity-via-voodoo. Some readers may even remember their classic initiative to have long distance runners hop in aid of those hungry in mine-ridden warzones. This effort of course resulted in the creation of the triple jump.
