Do Bats Mate Upside Down?
Have you ever tried to swallow while hanging upside-down? Bats can do much more than that. They eat, rest and sleep upside down, and most bats give birth in that position as well.
But how about mating? Do bats mate upside-down as well?
What you’re about to see is very rare video footage of Fruit Bats mating in captivity. The high pitch vocalizations and low pitch squawks are just part of their love game.
